  1. Check whether your assignment file doesn´t exceed the maximum size.
  2. Verify the permitted start date for submittion as well as due date.
  3. IIf everything checks out, it's possible that you've previously submitted the assignment and additional submissions are forbidden.
  4. In the last case, send the message to the instructor.
